Two Days in Vegas with the Family
Las Vegas is one of the most popular and family friendly destinations in the world. There’s so much to do, from entertainment to tours, attractions to dining, it’s the perfect place to pack a whole lot of fun into a short amount of time. We’ve put together a two-day itinerary that will feel like a week’s worth of fun. Trust us!
On your first day in Vegas, you definitely want to walk the world famous Las Vegas Strip. You don’t have to schlep the family up and down the whole boulevard to enjoy some fun so just hit the main part that’s centered around the Venetian and Bellagio Hotels. From here, you’ll be able to get a glimpse of so many of Vegas’s most recognizable sights, take some great photos and feel like have arrived.
Next up, make sure to head into Treasure Island for the Marvel Avengers attraction. This totally immersive and entertaining exhibit features all your family’s favorite characters and heroes from the ‘Marvels Cinematic Universe.’ Check out classified files detailing the scientific origins of these super heroes and so much more that makes for a great time..
To continue the adventure, venture on over to The Venetian where you’ll be able to take the family on a real-life Gondola ride. Enjoy being serenaded as if you were in Venice. Now that everyone’s in the mood for some delicious Italian food, go to the world-renowned Casanovas to enjoy some hearty fare served family style in large portions. It’s the perfect way to make sure everyone is well fed.
To cap off your first night in Vegas, you’ll want to take the family to a real Vegas production. A sure bet for family fun is WOW – World of Wonder. Featuring the best that Vegas has to offer, with spectacular acrobatic stunts and a talented cast of artists, this is a bargain deal for awesome entertainment.
Make sure to get a great night’s rest because there’s so much to do on your second day of adventure. There’s nothing more amazing than the nearby Grand Canyon and the most spectacular way to see is with Maverick Helicopter Tours. It’s a bit of a splurge but definitely worth it and one your family will never forget.
There’s plenty of free activities in Vegas and the best way to spend the afternoon is to get through as many of them as possible. For starters, check out the beautiful Bellagio Gardens. These indoor gardens change seasonally and are open all day and night. Another great attraction at Bellagio are the iconic fountains outside, an absolute must-see attraction. For one more free attraction, head on over to Caesar’s Palace for the “Atlantis” show that happens every hour on the hour.
Right about now, Mom and Dad might be needing a cocktail or two, so while at Caesar’s, stop by Planet Hollywood for drinks and a hearty dinner amidst Hollywood memorabilia. Afterwards, if you’re looking for a little bit more of live entertainment, there’s the hilariously fun “Dueling Pianos” show that happens at the New York, New York Hotel & Casino. It’s a howling good time and the perfect way to cap off two fun filled days in Las Vegas.
