After you have purchased Tickets for shows, tours or attractions from Tix4.com online, in the event that you are able to find a lower price pursuant to all of the Guidelines below, Tix4.com will either match the lower price or refund your entire purchase at our discretion.
All Guarantee requests must be made by initially calling our customer support at (888)-269-8499. You will be asked to identify the website that has the lower price offer at the time of the call. We’ll check the site and reserve the right to deny any request that we believe to be incorrect or does not meet the following guidelines.
- Since prices change constantly, your guarantee request must be made within 24 hours after your purchase from Tix4.com.
- Your guarantee request must be made no less than two hours prior to the show/event/tour start or departure time.
- Therefore, no guarantee request made after the event has begun will be approved.
- Guarantee only applies to pricing advertised to the general public and that price is available online to anyone.
- Guarantee does not apply to: membership, email marketing, timeshare, group or other private club type pricing.
- Guarantee does not apply if a Promo or Coupon Code must be entered to obtain discount pricing.
- Guarantee only applies to an exact matching product. The exact show/event/tour seating category, time, and date must match. We will only guarantee product pricing if we sold you the exact same product.
- No screenshots or emails will be accepted as proof of lower price offers.
